Where we practice
Immigration law is federal, so we handle cases nationwide. Anything outside immigration law, we do not.
Stacy M. Ehrisman, Esq. is licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia. Because immigration law is federal, the firm represents clients before immigration courts, USCIS offices, and federal courts across the United States. Nothing on this site is an offer to practice law in a state where the firm is not authorized to do so.
The firm handles the immigration side of criminal immigration matters. The firm does not provide criminal defense representation.

We are not notarios
