Estephany joined the firm in June 2020, but her connection to immigration began long before: she came to the United States when she was just eight years old.
During her studies at Delaware State University, she was an active advocate for immigrant rights — especially for DREAMERS — a conviction that led her to travel frequently to Washington, D.C. to meet with members of Congress and explain how immigration policy affects the real lives of their communities.
Her own immigrant story fuels her passion for defending these rights and her desire to help every person reach the American dream they long for. That personal journey is also what allows her to support our clients with genuine empathy, at every step of their process.
