We are open Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The Saturday hours exist for clients who cannot miss work during the week.

Two addresses matter in almost every immigration case, and it helps to know how long they take to reach:
- USCIS field office — 2150 Parklake Drive NE, Atlanta, GA 30345, in the Northlake and Tucker area. From Gwinnett, 30 to 45 minutes outside rush hour. Green card interviews, naturalization interviews and oath ceremonies happen there. Appointments only.
- Atlanta Immigration Court — two locations: 180 Ted Turner Drive SW, Suite 241 (about one block from MARTA Garnett Station) and the Peachtree Summit Federal Building, 401 W. Peachtree Street, Suite 2600. From Lawrenceville, budget an hour during morning rush hour, which is exactly when hearings begin.
If you have an 8:30 a.m. hearing and you are leaving from Buford or Dacula, leave two hours early. Arriving late to an immigration hearing can have serious consequences for your case.
What to know before going to court
Both locations keep public hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with window filing until 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday except federal holidays. Every visitor goes through a metal detector and bag screening, and shoes may need to come off. No food, drinks or recording devices inside.
The correct location is the one on your notice, not the closer one. To confirm the date, time and place, call the EOIR automated system at 1-800-898-7180, available in English and Spanish, with the eight- or nine-digit number from your documents. The court can also close for weather, so it is worth checking the same day.
