The USCIS office is close by
The USCIS field office serving Georgia is at 2150 Parklake Drive NE, Atlanta, GA 30345, in the Northlake and Tucker area. From Chamblee or Doraville it is only a few minutes — the closest field office to this corridor in the entire metro area.
Green card interviews, naturalization interviews and oath ceremonies all happen there. No walk-ins. Bring your appointment notice (Form I-797C) and a government-issued photo ID. There is a security screening at the entrance, so plan to arrive 15 to 30 minutes early.

Removal cases from this area are heard at the Atlanta Immigration Court, which operates from two locations:
- 180 Ted Turner Drive SW, Suite 241, Atlanta, GA 30303. About one block from the MARTA Garnett Station. Metered parking and paid lots nearby.
- Peachtree Summit Federal Building — 401 W. Peachtree Street, Suite 2600, Atlanta, GA 30308.
Both keep public hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and accept window filings until 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday except federal holidays. Every visitor goes through a metal detector and bag screening. Food, drinks and recording devices are not permitted inside.
The correct location is the one on your notice, not the closer one. To confirm the date, time and place of your hearing, call the EOIR automated system at 1-800-898-7180, available in English and Spanish, using the eight- or nine-digit number from your documents.
